Registration – Local Delegates

It is mandatory that all local delegates including sponsors register for the conference.

Conference Registration Rates:
(Early Bird Extended Registration Deadline is 31 August 2018)

 ^‡ Student rates are applicable only for full-time registered undergraduate students. Proof of registration would be required (valid student ID).

Delegate registration includes

• • Access to the Conference Inauguration
  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to the 3rd Commonwealth Digital Health Awards Ceremony
  • Conference Bag and Programme Book
  • Meals during conference
  • APAMI GALA Dinner
• * Conference registration excludes Pre & Post-conference workshops

Accompanying person registration includes:

• • Access to the inauguration
  • Access to the APAMI GALA Dinner
• * Accompanying person does not have access to the APAMI 2018 conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Requests for cancellation of registration must be sent office@apami2018.org
• All Cancellations will be subjected to 25% cancellation fee + bank charges.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 01st September 2018.
